Celestial Brush is something humans do not yet have an understanding of. It is a technique that wolves who are mixed with moonflowers seem to all have. Humans call it "Celestial Brush" due to the fact that it seems that things are drawn out of nowhere before a reaction is started. Since none of the chimeras have lived past the first few weeks of developing this ability and not escaped, never to be found again, studies on this ability have not been able to be fully conducted.
The truth behind the Brush is simple, it is a form of alchemy. A remote alchemy developed in Xing but the wolves do not need to have a pre-drawn transmutation circle to make it work. Using energy from the earth they can quickly "draw" circles under their target to make the reaction happen. Newer "wolf-flowers" as they are called, only know a few reactions and gain more as they age.
Ordinary wolves do not have this ability, when not mixed with the moonflower no matter how many other combination that have been tried, none of them have been successful at duplicating this ability. In order to be mixed with the moonflower successfully it must be alchemically mixed with two adult wolves than later have the two breed. The resulting puppies show signs of the ability by the time they are four months old if they last that long. Most of these second generation chimeras are born with deformities or are eaten by the mother in the first few days of life.
A common trait for the wolves that house this ability is a defect that causes extra cartilage to grow from the upper arm or shoulder. Another give away is the "ink" coming from their tails, it's not ink for say, it is in fact is it is a black-colored sap.
